Leicester Lettings Co. is one of Leicester’s leading independent residential lettings & property management companies. Our office is based in the popular Queens Road area of Clarendon Park and is ideally located to handle the whole city centre and surrounding suburbs.

We offer a selection of professional and student properties and benefit from being able to attract tenants locally and nationwide. Our portfolio of properties range from stylish studio apartments to large student homes both furnished and unfurnished.

The Lettings Co. (C.P) Ltd is a registered member of the OEA. The Ombudsman for Estate Agents provides a free, fair and independent service for dealing with unresolved disputes between sales and lettings agents who have joined the OEA and consumers who are actual or potential buyers or sellers or landlords or tenants of residential property in the UK. The Ombudsman is a member of the British and Irish Ombudsman Association and follows the standards and rules of the Association. The Ombudsman is totally independent of agents and reports directly to the OEA Council which has a majority of non-industry members.

LTD. is a registered letting agent and is accredited by The National Approved Letting Scheme – a Government backed accreditation scheme which offers peace of mind to both landlords and tenants through the knowledge that the firm they are dealing with offers clearly defined levels of customer service.

The Lettings Co.(C.P.) LTD. is also registered with and accredited by The Dispute Service Ltd. The Dispute Service administers one of the new Tenancy Deposit schemes implemented by the Government on 6th April 2007.
